The incumbent will be responsible for campus mental health publicity. Detailed duties and responsibilities are as follows.
·Responsible for the education and publicity of mental health knowledge to the campus, including layout of seminars and use to various types of new media and maintenance of the psycho-education website, etc.
·Responsible for the organization and management of student mental health mentors and guidance of college students’ Psychological Club.
·Routinely manage and coordinate various specified psychological groups, targeting for dealing with various mental health difficulties students facing in campus.
·Support and/or assist the content design in other student activities of SA from a mental health perspective.
·Perform other mental health and/or administrative tasks as department head assigned.
·Be enthusiastic for education career, discipline and law-abiding, with good physical and mental health, and integrity personality.
·Have a passion for mental health education, with high overall capacities, responsible working ethic, a calling to serve for youth growth, strong communication, organization, and team cooperation abilities.
·Master professional knowledge and methods of mental health education, have a strong ability to plan and organize mental health activity and promote campus mental health through multimedia publicity.
·Have a master’s degree in education, Psychology, Sociology, or related subjects, for those with 2-years and above relating working experience and demonstrating strong working ability, the minimum degree requirement is a bachelor’s degree.
·Have Good English and Chinese language skills and communication skills, able to apply various office software, with strong administrative workability.
·Candidate with the qualification as a registered assistant psychologist or registered psychologist of Chinese Psychological Society, and/or having an internship or work experience in mental health hospital or mental health education or psychological counseling is preferred.
·Language ability: Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English.
·Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, and good organizational skills.
·Good interpersonal and communication skills to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.
·Ability to lead a team to work on multiple tasks under pressure.
·Strong sense of fairness and confidentiality.
·Ability to handle emergencies and special cases.
