JD:

1.Guided by the line manager, complete independently the relevant experiments, and carry out the related data analysis;

Requirement:

1.Master’s degree, major in Biology, Biochemistry, Cancer Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, oncology, Pharmacology, Pathology, Veterinary Medicine, Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry;

2.Have strong passion for research;

3.Good communication;

4.Fluent English, with CET-6.

Marketing Trainee 市场部培训生

Remark (special needs):

Need to rotate as sales rep at least 6  months to accumulate marketing insight,  experience for KOL engagement,  marketing/ sales tactic plan execution and  business intelligence.

JD:

Rotate in Sales:
1. Communicate and deliver key messages and unique product profiles of responsible products, with evidence-based clinical study results to hospital professionals to make sure responsible products are justly prescribed and clinically used in a right and safe manner;
2. Determine sales potential, priorities, and strategies for your territory and develop a plan for implementing these strategies;
3.Ensure the quantity and quality of customer interviews per day are meet the target customer plan;
4.Coordinate with RMM to implement and follow up promotional campaigns initiated by marketing.

Trainee in Marketing:
1. Support branding team on marketing tactic plan / project exection;
2. Conduct medical information searching and summarize the key points related to marketing strategy by request from branding team;
3. Collect market insight & data from different stake holders and conduct

data analysis under the guidance of Marketing Manager.

Requirement:

1. Master degree in medical or pharmay related fields;
2. Fluent in English;
3. Skillful in PPT & Excel ;
4. Strong analytical thinking & innovative mindset;
5. Good interpersonal skill, team work spirit, learning agility , can-do attitdue and can work under high pressure;
6. Experience in digital media is nice-to-have.
